Chest pain, often radiating to the left arm, accompanied by difficulty breathing and severe sweating, are cause to seek medical attention immediately. Other symptoms can include weakness, nausea, pale skin, or an irregular pulse. Get someone to call for help; do not leave the victim. If the victim is not breathing, begin |mouth|-to-mouth breathing immediately if you are trained to do so. If there is no pulse, begin CPR, if you are trained to do so, and do not stop until help arrives.
